For New Patients
Your First Visit
Once you arrive at Williams Chiropractic Clinic, you’ll be greeted by name as you check in at the front desk. You will then be asked to complete your new patient paperwork. We’ll have asked you whether or not you have insurance coverage when you called to schedule. Please bring your insurance card so we have all of the correct information to file your claims.
Dr. Williams will then meet with you to discuss the specifics of your condition. After this, he will decide if chiropractic care may be beneficial for you. If so, he will proceed with a thorough examination as well as x-rays if necessary.
Your Second Visit
Dr. Williams will give you your report of findings, discuss results of your examination and x-rays. You’ll discuss what the problem is and how chiropractic can help. At that point, you will receive your first adjustment and any appropriate therapy.
Continuing Care
Regular visits typically last 20-30 minutes depending on a patient’s particular treatment. We understand that your time is valuable, and we do everything possible to have you on your way as quickly as possible.
Our patients enjoy the friendly, casual atmosphere of our reception area. Many of our patients find it bright and inviting, a place to relax or read during the short wait for their treatment.
